(Dressing balsamic or lemon vinaigrette)

Sliced Brisket with beef demi gravy
Salmon with pickled fennel and citrus topping
Grilled Chicken
Assorted roasted vegetables
Roasted potatoes
Toppings for Matzah: Hummus, Tabouli, Charoset
Dessert: Chocolate flourless cake
